This review is from: A pair of adjustable dumbbells 50 lb (Misc.) I've been meaning to get a pair of these for several years now, but everywhere I looked they were more than $ 400. I grabbed these Xmark dumbbells, to compliment my P09X routine, and they do a good job. They seem strong enough and as long as you keep bowflex selecttech 1090 as weight divided by 10, they are well balanced. Only minor annoyance I have with them, you must learn to "" trick, "" to get them to slide back into the cradle - as with most things, bowflex selecttech 1090 is a little shake of the wrist to get the set back into the cradle. Nothing major, but I'm still not able to instantly change the weight - although bowflex selecttech 1090 is considerably faster than the alternative. Overall, this is a great item at a great price.
